Per Mr. Fraguela's request, and per your approval, attached for your review and approval to proceed is the
proposal from Jaca & Sierra for the core testing at the site you are considering for the GSJ Pool project.
Mr. Fraguela reviewed the proposal and his feedback is the proposal looks good, and the quote cost is less than
he expected it to be.
Jaca & Sierra estimate includes: (A) Mobilization and demobilization of the equipment and crew from PR to
STT (they will need the use of Big N to transport from the Red Hook dock to and from GSJ), (B) Drilling 40
linear feet (propose a total of 2 test borings), (C) 3 days per diem and lodging (including setup days), (D)
Laboratory testing and (E) Professional services : $12,705.00.
