Quonset hut erection on Christmas Cove service area, and one next to the current solar shed. 4. Top of island tennis court. 5. Flagpole area deck.(waiting on BLUA for height ). 6. The three docks will be put in as a major permit by Amy Dempsey (I understand this was done already). The tennis court location needs to be clarified. I will send a site plan and circle the possible locations. In order to complete the application for the minor permit, I will need you or someone with your power of attorney to sign the application as applicant and owner. I will also need tax clearances from the Lt. Governor's Office for the property taxes and the Certificate of Good Standing for the LLC. We will also need the "CZM" package from the Lt. EFTA01042371 Governor's Office. Finally, we will need a tax clearance letter from IRB.
