From: Amy Dempsey To: "Jeffrey E." <[email protected]> Cc: "John P. Woods, AIA" Subject: Re: Date: Mon, 26 Jun 2017 11:22:08 +0000 >, Richard Kahn < The dock permits have been previously submitted so they are completely ready and we need to ask CZM if we even need to resubmit them since they should already have the signed application forms, plans and EARS (unless they gave them back to Erika's office). On that note the letter I wrote to ACE has been accepted and they are going to move forward with our dock permit! So we are back moving on that one and should hear from them anytime if they need any additional information. Johann did threaten that they may want us to include the upland construction as part of the application because of the salt ponds and the tree boa. On the cables we went ahead and swung it over to where you are showing it on the map in the master permit, it has a little more seagrass impact but puts it farther from corals. It makes no difference in cable length. CZM and COE both said that they would like to see us drop the extra leg we were showing GSJ to LSJ, which I was only showing as a give away anyway so that gave us something to give up. I stated last quarter of 2017 for installation on the application. Richard CZM as if we could get something in writing from owner of the islands (LSJ and GSJ) approving the landing of the cables. Can you get me a simple letter? I'll send you an example in a moment. On the land application, we should address the terrestrial resources, sedimentation and erosion control, tree boas and how we are going to protect the salt ponds. Amy Claire Dempsey, M.
