(Of course , I will take care of your comments). For example : - Gym: the gym room will move on other place. - Theater: It will be as big as a commercial one . I am not sure it will be at the same place as I have proposed on my first study ( depends on the possibility to excavate as deep as it is needed for a such volume )... I don't know for the moment... - Pool / terrace / garden: The living area will be more or less at the level of the garden in order to connect the terrace and the garden. - Master bedroom: I have modified it. - Office: You told me you like it so I will keep it as on my propsal. - Living area: Do you feel comfortable with flat ceiling or do you prefer to have a traditional roof? - Entry & access:I will find the way to create an entry and access for you which will be different for your staff. - Parking: Road access will be behind the house, at the top of the hill.
