So if you have a linksys router in your bedroom and an Apple router in your kitchen, your iPhone continues talking to whichever device it talked to first until it completely drops that signal and searches again -- even if the network names are the same. The 6th & 3rd floor network names are different to make that clear (and so I can make sure the Apple TV isn't joining the 5th floor Apple router by mistake). That's what's happening with the screenshot he sent. That computer is talking to the floor below, not the eero. The eero tested at 100/12. The eero is the only system that works on 6 to the Apple TV. Apple & google won't. I'll discuss it with him.
