Your new expiration date will become 1/20/2022. So you are aware, you will lose 2 years by not waiting until 2019 to renew, which would make the expiration date 1/20/2024, but the Motor Vehicles department will allow you to choose early renewal. The documents required for the license renewal are the following: US Passport Social Security card (here in the STC office) Voter's card (here in the STC office) Two (2) invoices/documents with your name and physical home address - we have only one so far, OR: A Job Letter stating your name and physical address.
