Accordingly, it seems it will not be available for June 3rdeither. I will keep you posted on any changes. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. In the mean time, if your client would like to make a non-binding offer subject to a visual inspection and a pre purchase inspection, perhaps we can commence negotiations and save some time advancing on that front.
