With Team in Training I bike ride to raise awareness and founds to treat one of the most deadly cancer. This year, I pledge to ride a 100-mile ride on June 4th around Lake Tahoe (NV). This is my way to give back, support friends who need treatments and insure that more people receive adequate help. As a participant in Team In Training program I'm asking you to help me by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. By following the link below: DONATE HERE you can make an online donation quickly and securely plus learn more about my progress. You will receive a confirmation of your donation by email. Also, all donations are 100% tax deductible. I sincerely thank you for the support! DONATE HERE Please forward this email to whom may be interested in the cause and would like to contribute. Even a small contribution can save a life. Thank you!!!!!! Manuela Here some additional facts: "The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the largest voluntary health organization specifically focused on finding cures and better treatments for blood cancer patients. With the scope and scale to fund many projects at the same time, LLS supports hundreds of cancer scientists around the world." "LLS is committed to funding research to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improving the quality of life of patients and their families. Monetary donations to LLS are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by tax laws and are invested wisely in cancer research and patient assistance." "The program has assisted more than 55,000 patients since its inception in 2007. Our IRC fields approximately 40,000 calls a year, providing accurate, up-to-date, disease-related information and referral services to the public, families, health professionals and people living with a blood cancer. As well, LLS helps patients identify and enroll in the latest clinical trials and treatments." Manuela E.
