We have being following the path similar to when we work with resort developers, since this is a unique project with many areas that need development and work. As you can see, we take the beginnings of each zone, work through them roughly. get approval and then polish each are with renderings and refinements. There are many different ways we could have taken, but this was the effort we undcnook to begin communication. The final power point package dated 17 Febniary 2017 represents all selected drawings. plus some colored perspective of the black and white vignettes and we also we divided the Island into seven new zones that have been identified and established thanks to this effort. As a note : there can be other sub zones but like I said, these are the 7 main zones identified for this current package. If the seven main Conceptual Architecture zones of the Master planning effort get approved, they will then have to be further developed with Architectural Conceptual drawings. Similar to what we did for the Zone 3 or what is known as the House zone. Please let us know if you wish to continue.
