Tropical is closed on PR on Friday for the Holiday, so they has shifted their sail schedule for this week. Anna, I will ask Bob Lynch to clear on Monday, 1/9, and Johnny Weekes to pick up Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, whatever you and Chris decide should be done. I spoke with Roy Rodriguez of Martex Farms - he is in charge while Mt Veny is off-island. Martex Farm gave their staff this week off, so the 14 Sylvestre and 8 Chinese Fan palms that Chris selected will not sail this week. I and/or Chris will call Mr. Veny on Monday, 1/9 - he will be back on island by then. Mr. Veny will send the invoice, Chris will confirm the order, and once the invoice is approved, I will book the 2 flat racks. Mr. Veny will coordinate delivery and transport to sail for Friday, 1/13, arriving on STT Saturday, 1/14/17. Monday, 1/16 is a holiday, so I will ask Bob Lynch to attempt to clear the palms on Friday, 1/13 so they can be picked up first thing on Tuesday, 1/17.
