To complete the financing, we lack another 900k which we aim to dose in 300k equity investments, with a 20% Premium on the investment and the pro rata backend : Sales Agent/ Sales/ Estimates: Sales Agent Carnaby International Sales Estimates Worldwide $2.559.000 EFTA01059511 Sales Fee Major Territories 10% (2.5% deferred) Sales Fee Other Territories 15% -The sales agent will sell the film to territories after it has been shot. Deal Terms on Equity: 20% premium on Equity Investment.
