I will call him. I will also feel him out the location of multiple dicks with him. We need to look at how existing
deeds and easements are defined. The key issue is the GVI and the people of the VI are the owners of the
submerged lands. Construction in them is not a matter of right. I would rather try to get the dock across from LSJ
approved because of proximity and the barge landing in the north. The dock in Christmas Cove seems like a
stretch. Besides, every Tom, Dick, and Harry will try to use it.
