Hi Jeff,
I just re-ran my own deep sequenced data,
one quick example of "actionable knowledge" is a set of variants which means
"Increased surveillance for colorectal cancer recommended ", kind of cancer which is treatable if caught early
https://www.snpedia.com/index.php/gs298
there are also some fun non-actionable observations, still amazing to see how much can be deduced from
genes like the fact that certain drugs have no effect on me ...

The https://promethease.com/ site appears to be down,
they just emailed all customers with a promotion (prompted me to suggest) and I guess
their server got overwhelmed.
If you have done 23&me not very long time ago, there is nothing you need to do again,
your data is stored with 23&me, you (or I on your behalf) can download it and Promethease
will re-interpret w.r.t. clinically relevant variants. It's a long and pretty technical report they return
so if you like I can do it and give you gist. Let me know.
Of course if you want to do it yourself I'll give you more detailed instructions how to get to your raw data
and such.

Hi Jeff
Thanks for yesterday. If you do not have someone else who can do this for you,
I am happy to take your 23&me data and run it through Promethease, then
give you a summary of whatever noteworthy results come out in context of what I know about the field.

P.S. What I need is your account ID/password for 23&me, or "raw data" downloaded from it.
