Attached are Bills of Sale from the Chicago Deferred Exchange Company entity which is the seller of these works of art. Please note: • I need the name and address of your entity that will be purchasing the works. • For the Giacometti, I have used your Paris address and said that the work will be delivered to Paris. I will need to know where you would like to have the Schiele and the Braque delivered. • The CDEC entity name may change — we are dealing with two entities there so I am just confirming with CDEC which entity is correct. I should know in the next half hour. • Payment for the Giacometti should be made to CDEC's account referencing AP Narrows LP (see the attached wire transfer instructions). Payment for the Schiele and the Braque should be made to CDEC's account referencing the LDB 2011 LLC. I will attach the appropriate wire transfer instructions to the Bills of Sale when they are finalized. CDEC must receive the funds in time to wire them to the AP Narrows and LDB 2011 LLC accounts tomorrow, so if it is at all possible please send your wires today. Otherwise, please send them first thing tomorrow morning. As you will see, I have included a noon tomorrow deadline for the funds to be received in CDEC's account in the Bills of Sale to ensure CDEC has time to send its wires to our entities.
