It gets easier each day as I learn to accept my new (temporary) reality. My attitude is great as I maintain the perspective "it could always be worse". My doctor believes he will do the in 90 days, so all things considered, not the worst. The psychological side sucks, but it is what it is and the worst part is being tired easily.
