I will continue to follow up with updates Regards Jruan Good Day Brice Innovative has open the ticket, and found that they cannot communicate with the St. Thomas fiber cabinet. They are 90% sure that the issue is with their equipment and has dispatch their tech to inspect the junction center and (if necessary) their equipment in the fiber cabinet.
