The paperwork you recieved is FAA approved and in order. The main thing you would like to verify with H4 is the extra 3 seats activation to change cabin to 22 seats. Then we will know what process is needed and the buyer can decide he operates 19 or 22 seats private. We will await your feedback on that. As discussed we target the 1st December to start the PPI. We would obviously appreciate your schedule matching this and should you see any issues please advise us to align accordingly. Both our bosses are keen to close before the end of the year.
