CMS Rivera Customer Sales Representative EFTA01110403 ADDENDUM 8 LAUSELL LIMITED WARRANTY (covers sales within the Commonwealth of Pueno Rico) Lausell, Inc, ("Lausell") warrants to the original owner, all products manufactured by Lausell, Inc. to be free from defects in manufacturing, material end workmanship for a period of two years, commencing from the date of shipment, in accordance with the restrictions set forth as follows in items A. B, and the corresponding notes included in this document. Lausell, reserves the exclusive right of determining whether to repair and/or replace any product(s) determined to be defective due to manufacturing, materials and/or workmanship as covered under the limited warranty. For products sold by Until, but manufactured by others, the period covered under warranty is 60 days from the dale of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the section titled -Omni Terms & Conditions" below and/or to the manufacturer's warranty, if any. It is the supplier's/manufacturer's exclusive responsibility to comply with terms of its warranty. General Terms & Conditions - This warranty is null and void If: • harmful solvents are used to clean the frame and/or sash members, • if the frame and/or sash members are painted or coated in any way alter delivery to the customer by anyone other than someone expressly authorized in writing by Lausell, • the products have been damaged by mortar, stucco or other materials utilized in the construction of the structure; • the customer fails to maintain the product in accordance with Lausell's guidelines for periodic cleaning and/or maintenance; or • any products are improperly installed by third parties and/or modified by the customer. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLER TO CORRECT ISSUES RELATED TO IMPROPERLY INSTALLED PRODUCTS. Note: Caulking is used in some installations to seal the frames and/or trim packages against water and/or air penetration. Caulking is not considered pan of the Lausell product and therefore is not covered under this warranty. Caulking is normally considered a maintenance responsibility of the owner/customer.
