Accordingly, not only was this reference to our client inaccurate and defamatory, but the damage has been exacerbated by your equally defamatory innuendoes in relation to his financial background. Our client has no particular wish to become engaged in litigation with your client, but he does require to have the record set straight as a matter of some urgency.
