With reference to the minor permit application that was submitted on January 25, 2011, a determination was made by the Department that the moorings being requested be applied for as a modification of the existing major Coastal Zone Management (CM) permit water permit for the dock and the intake line. This determination was made clear in the February 3, 2011 response referenced in your letter. Additionally, staff is In receipt of the additional materials submitted under cover dated April 4, 2011, in which it states that the letter serve as the request to amend the existing major CZM permit At this time, the next scheduled meeting of the St. Thomas CZM Committee will be the week of June 13 to June 17, 2011, and both your requests will be up for consideration on the agenda.
