Rothstein and Edwards Dear Jack, Thank you for your letter of June 14, 2012. Your suggestion that other attorneys have withdrawn from representation of Mr. Epstein because they felt "it would be unethical for them to continue to prosecute claims against Mr. Edwards" has no basis in fact. It is instead shear speculation on your part and quite simply is incorrect. As to the other issues you raise, we will continue to evaluate the case as we obtain discovery and as we litigate justiciable issues before Judge Crow. However, the deposition testimony of Scott Rothstein, a convicted felon serving a 50 year sentence for being the mastermind behind the largest ponzi scheme in South Florida history, is not being considered by us, as Mr. Rothstein is simply a witness that has no credibility.
