I feel that our relationship has deteriorated to such a degree that any future cooperation between us would be impossible. When Mark Kaminski originally introduced you to me it was understood that I would manage your career in exchange for a % of my commissions as compensation. There was no expectation of any further involvement in your career on the part of Mark Kaminski beyond this introduction. Since then, he has played a very active role in managing your affairs including, most recently, many attempts at trying to collect monies that are not rightly owed to him. When I called this matter to your attention you specifically advised me NOT to pay Mark Kaminski any of my commissions, as you were not informed by him that he was seeking money at the time you were introduced to me. During this conversation we had both agreed to keep our relationship professional and not allow any outside interference by Mark Kaminski. Since then you have gone back on your promise to me and have been actively trying to coerce me to pay Mark Kaminski. To this end you have made veiled threats regarding my representation of you and have been working in concert with Mark Kaminski to try to extract money from me. This is not acceptable behavior and goes far beyond the bounds of a model-agent relationship. Furthermore, I was not aware that you were involved in the Ruslana Korshunova situation via your relationship with Mark Kaminski. Had I known this I would not have agreed to represent you. The severing of our business relationship, from my point of view, can be seen as the final resolution of the tragic events surrounding the death of Ruslana Korshunova. In fact after many reports of your drug use and involvement in abusive behavior in your relationship with Mark Kaminski I see the potential for another tragic situation. This is another reason why I must distance myself from you and discontinue our cooperation. I do hope that you will have the maturity, strength and foresight to prevent a similar tragedy in your own life. Below are some important resources that I hope you will make use of.
