Drill twenty-nine (29) holes I' above existing concrete footer for installation of 30001b Manta Rays and install. 4. Drill eighteen (18) weep holes and install "well points" to retain dirt. 5. General Conditions and Mobilization: Total: $64,915.00 Notes: 1. Standby time for delays by general contractor or others will be billed at $600.00 per hour. 2. GC must provide access and level areas to work. 3. Permits, permit service fees and engineering are required and will be billed at our costs. Exclusions: 1. Layouts, permits, pile monitoring, damage to roadways, driveways, pavers, sod, sprinklers, underground obstructions, underground wires, fuel lines, above ground structures, sewers, or other utilities. 2.
