Personal Comments: 1. The hanger floor is lower than the road, so flooding is an issue. 2. There is no cistern on site only potable water from WAPA. 3. The construction is a mixer of plywood, hyrib- plaster and sheetrock with a few masonry walls. 4. The plywood is rotting by water, termites or a combination of both 5. There is an addition shed not adjacent to the hanger. (We should inquire if that is also included.) 6. There is a working sewage lift pump. 7. On site fuel storage (over heard that "If they move they want to keep the tanks") but the staging area will have to remain even if they do take the tanks. 8. Army Corp of Engineers required Port Authority to strap the galvanize onto the existing roof struts rather than bolting directly into them. EFTA01135173
