Date Imi DUBIN BREAST CENTER Q SECOND ANNUAL FACT VS. FICTION 4 LUNCHEON AND SYMPOSIUM g Full Name Company Address City, State Zip Dear Name Lastname, FACT. TRUTH. REALITY. KNOWLEDGE. EDUCATION. We hope you will consider joining us for the Second Annual Dubin Breast Center Fact vs. Fiction Luncheon and Symposium taking place on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 320 Park Avenue in New York City where you will have the rare opportunity to ask the experts anything about breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Don't miss out on the conversation! As someone who cares deeply about breast health, you know that medical science is making breakthroughs in the field. The Dubin Breast Center of The Tisch Cancer Institute at The Mount Sinai Medical Center is at the forefront of this progress. It is one of the only clinics in New York to offer innovative new technologies such as 3-D mammography, which provides earlier and more accurate diagnosis of breast cancer, and leading edge procedures such as seed localization, which allows surgeons to target and remove breast tumors more precisely. In addition, our 15,000-square-foot facility houses a full range of integrative and wellness services, cancer screening and biopsies, cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy and radiation), patient and family support services, education, genetic counseling and testing, onto-fertility services, access to clinical trials, and survivorship support. The Center represents a bold vision for breast cancer treatment and research, focusing on the holistic health and well being of individuals with or at risk for cancer. Patients receive highly personalized, multidisciplinary care in a calming, private, and supportive setting. The Fact vs. Fiction luncheon, moderated by Perri Peitz, is a unique event designed to introduce Mount Sinai's leaders in Breast Cancer: Elise Port, MD, FACS in Breast Surgery; Kerin Adelson, MD in Medical Oncology; Laurie Margolies, MD in Breast Imaging; Guy Montgomery, PhD in Alternative Medicine; Philip Landrigan, MD, MsC in Environmental Health; and Carlin Vickery, MD in Reconstructive Surgery. Each of them will give you answers, decipher the myths from the truths, and open up a dialogue about breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The collective expertise of the panelists will be sure to provide an informative and inspiring event. Please consider helping us share the opportunity to "ask the experts" by reserving a table and inviting the people you care about. We are enclosing a response form for your convenience and thank you in advance for your support. Sincerely, ehinf.Q.
