I contacted the Columbus Circle branch (your bank branch) and was advised that you can wire funds out of your account only by walking in to any JPMorgan Chase with the attached instructions and your indentefication. You can also set up a wire transfer directly from your JP Morgan Chase online account. There is a Payment and transfer option - wire transfer. After you set up wire instructions you will receive a call from the bank to verify the transaction. Please make sure the phone number is correct in your profile.
