mc2 MODES MIA MI One year contract with our model guarantee of 36 days' work, at $7000 + 20% per month, with an average o three ays per month. Option to use days in whichever month requested, with 2 weeks' notice. A day is defined up to ten hours, after ten hours an hourly rate will apply at $240.00 + 20% . Additional days after 36 days paid at $2400 + 20% each. Invoice will be paid $7,000.00 + 20% monthly. Option to renew her contract for a second year at the same terms. Option to renew for a third year with a 10% increase. This rate would include appearances, customer meetings, press releases, and photo shoots. Photo shoots usage would be for North America only. All usage would be included. Included but not limited to: broadcast, advertising, website. If South America or European usage is added, an additional fee of 10,000.00 + 20% per territory will be invoiced If worldwide usage is requested, in addition to South America + Europe, an additional fee of $25,000.00 will be invoiced. Model is NYC based, car service provided to + from location. If model is required to travel to Miami, airfare, hotel, meals and transportation in Miami provided. Car service provided to + from location. If model is required to travel outside the USA, business class transportation will be provided. Faena will provide wardrobe for events. Faena will provide hair and make-up + styling for the photo shoots. Model will be speaking on behalf of Faena, not endorsing Faena. Please note that license to use photographs or images shall not be deemed granted until full payment for the photo shoot and any additional agreed upon usages are received by MC2. Under Fla. Stat.
