Mount Sinai Medical Center
One Gustave L. Levy Place
New York, NY 10029-6574
Dear Mount Sinai Medical Center,
I am a junior nursing student at the College of
and I am very
interested in interviewing for a summer nurse internship position with Mount Sinai Medical Center. After
volunteering at Mount Sinai Medical Center, I believe that Mount Sinai has the ideal atmosphere in which
to pursue my ambition of becoming an extraordinary and inspirational registered nurse. I want to contribute
to Mount Sinai Medical Center's outstanding record as a center for exceptional patient care.
I have many attributes to offer Mount Sinai Medical Center. I have a wonderful work ethic and great
critical thinking skills. I work hard on every task given and always finish the task to the best of my ability. I
am kind and caring to everyone that I meet and take pride in forming therapeutic relationships. I have a
deep love for learning. I find great gratification when helping others and making them as comfortable as
possible. I also have incredible leadership skills and am very responsible and reliable.
I am currently on the general medical floor for my clinical rotation. Through this clinical, I have gained a
large amount of information about a vast majority of medical conditions and the possible treatments. I am
also working as an anatomy and physiology teaching assistant and have not only enjoyed helping and
teaching other students, but this experience has deeply increased my knowledge.
I firmly believe that I will be a good fit in Mount Sinai's exceptional environment. Thank you for your time
and consideration.
Sincerely,
