I asked what the advantages would be and Jamie said the following: a) Smaller investment of 250,000 b) Innovium is the vehicle to help bring this company public. I respectfully told Jamie that I thought it would be years before this company went public especially with all its old payroll taxes due. In addition I asked what terms would be since in original discussed scenario 1,000,000 was going to be worth 51% or more of equity and all old debt would be forgiven. He did not have an answer and I told him that terms must be same for us to even consider smaller dollars. Jamie made a blanket statement that it has been bad timing for Seed as last year was the worst year for media companies in the last 10 years. That does not seem like an accurate statement to me. May be newspaper and print but not digital media.. We then spoke openly regarding past mistakes that have been made by Adam and that in any future role he should solely be a visionary / salesman. Jamie stated that Adam is brilliant but should not be running anything. Please advise.
