CRIMINAL A review of the indexes, both computer and microfiche of the Southern District of Florida (federal) and on a national basis for the past seven (7) years , Palm Beach County, (state) to include Domestic Violence, indicated named in one (1) criminal case. The following information was developed: was 1) Palm Beach County, Misdemeanor Court Case #02MM11621 was filed on 03/04/02 when was arrested by the Green Acres RILEY KIRALY 5645 CORAL RIDGE DRIVE BOX 391, CORAL SPRINGS. The case was set for court on 05/2102 and failed to appear. The case still shows an open capias for failure to appear. A copy of the arrest affidavit and disposition are enclosed. (See exhibit 1) FDLE Research was conducted with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for any criminal history for and research revealed no records. POLICE Research was conducted with the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Offices, the West Palm Beach, Green Acres and Royal Palm Beach Police Departments for any victim/subject/incident reports on in an effort to update the background police memo that was conducted on 02/18/07. Research revealed no new reports, only the above listed arrest. CIVIL A review of the indexes for the Southern District of Florida (federal) and on a national basis for the past seven (7) years to include Bankruptcy Court, Palm Beach County, Florida Circuit and County Courts to include Domestic Violence revealed was not named in any suits, liens and/or judgments.
