As I explained there are many areas throughout that the was have serious cracks and that when we are power washing or working on the contract work some of these areas, there is going to be additional existing material falling off the wall. The reason this damage to the walls occurred is that muster got behind the finish and caused it to peel off. I would recommend applying the system throughout and encapsulating for a stronger hold and keeping the moister out. Not knowing where the moister went there might be many more areas that just haven't started to peel I felt areas that the base coat and the fabric separated but didn't peel or break open and with the changing weather I feel that sooner or later this will happen to the cracks that are not to be worked on and with that we can do the patch work mentioned we will not be able to warranty the work for that reason it will be the matter of tine before the walk will have to be refinished I also want (or you to be aware that a patch is a patch and it will be hard to match the existing texture before you put on your paint.
