Explanation from MERCEDES: the spare parts can be confirmed only when ordered, and order can be placed only if down payment has been received. Valdson went this morning to pay with his card 3,000 E and immediately after he received the corrected updated new quote. See marked-up copy attached of the 2 quotes for full details. Confirmation of order of the spare parts and repairs will start only when new quote is accepted.
