HVAC Project
Pursuant to our recent discussions and on site survey, Crystal Comfort would like to offer this
proposal for upgrades to the existing HVAC equipment located at this residence. Specifically, we
will replace the existing cooling tower, then change the old Carrier electric chiller to a
Multistack module. In addition we will be adding a sand filter to the condenser water loop.
Statement of Work:
•
Disconnect the two fan sections of the BAC cooling tower on the roof. Remove sections
by crane. Then rig new sections into place.
•
Re-connect piping & electrical. Redo insulation where necessary.
•
Install new variable frequency drives for the tower fans.
•
Provide full site protection in the hallways, elevator and MER during the course of all
indoor work.
•
Remove and replace the cooling tower sump located in the basement.
•
Perform a complete demolition of the existing Carrier chiller in basement. Remove all oil
& refrigerant as per EPA standards.
•
Deliver and install a new Multistack MS030-407c module which will be a part of the
existing two modules.
