Due to the structural unforeseen nature of this repair, we will only perform this as a time and material contract. Unfortunately until we demo the 2nd floor floor sheeting and expose the failing floor truss system, we cannot estimate or design the materials needed for the repair so that is listed as "TR' on the budget.
