The changes are based upon the site visit held yesterday with Mr. Epstein. He requested a storage addition to be placed at the northern end of the building. We have placed that addition at the center of the northern facade as the most strategic location for the addition. If we place it further to the west, it will interfere with the access driveway leading to the main residence. If we place it further to the east, it will be too close to the edge of the abutment, in an area where the soil appears to be unstable.
