Re: Claim of against Jettiey Epstein Dear Mr. Epstein do Mr. Brewer: As per your conversation with Jeff Herman on June 2. 2015. please allow this correspondence to provide a more detailed description of the events giving rise to Ms. potential claim against Mr. Epstein. Ms. was then taken in an elevator to the "massage room" where she first met Mr. Epstein. Upon meeting in the massage room. Mr. Epstein undressed himself and was wearing only a towel. Mr. Epstein then removed Ms. shin and bra and al touching and caressing her in a sensual manner. Mr. Epstein discussed the fact that Ms. father had used away and told her things like "I will take care of you". Mr. Epstein then asked Ms. o "pinch his in es" for which she complied. Mr. Epstein began requesting visits from Ms. Araoz on a somewhat regular basis. On some occasions. Mr. Epstein would call her personally and on others, someone else would call her on Mr. Epstein's behalf. On one occasion. while Ms. Araoz was approximately 15 years old. Mr. Epstein was rubbing and caressing Ms. Araoz as per the usual routine. Mr. Epstein told Ms. Araoz "don't be afraid" and "I care for you" and then engaged in sexual intercourse with her without a condom. After the sexual intercourse was complete. Mr. Epstein gave Ms. Araoz approximately $300 cash. From approximately 2002-2004. during the time Ms. Araoz was 15-17 years old. Ms. Araoz visited Mr. Epstein's home approximately 25 times. Each visit began with Ms. Araoz giving Mr. Epstein a massage and concluded with sexual activity such as touching. caressing. and masturbation of Mr. Epstein. On approximately 5 occasions. Mr. Epstein engaged in sexual intercourse with Ms. Araoz. On each occasion. Mr. Epstein paid Ms. Araoz approximately $300 cash.
