Float and level laundry room floor. supply and instal new 12 x 12 white / grey fleck vinyl VCT flooring with moisture inhibitor glue. ( excessive floor leveling or subfloor repairs at additional fee ) Replace laundry room faucets ( 2 ) Reinstall the existing water heater on the new closet pedistal. AIR CONDITIONINGS Replace all existing HVAC supply I return grills ( 21 ) and exhaust fans ( 3 ) in all $ 1,850.00 rooms.
