For your understanding, the persons you know will be called Alpha and Beta.
You will find attached 3 different documents which summarize the testamentary situation of Alpha and Beta, that is to
know:
Alpha and Beta agreement as to succession

The 3 original documents are all dated August 3, 2O1O.
Beta has theoretically the possibility to change alone his own will. In such a case, Beta could choose another executory
instead of Alpha.
Of course, he cannot change anything in the agreement as to succession unless Alpha agrees to do so.
