At least mildly dilated right atrium
There is mild to moderate mitral annular calcification.
There is mild mitral regurgitation.
There is moderate tricuspid regurgitation.
Mild calcific non-stenotic aortic valve thickeniing
Left Ventricle
The left ventricle is normal in size. There is borderline concentric left ventricular hypertrophy.
