There is mild to moderate global hypokinesis of the left ventricle. LV ejection fraction estimated in 40% range At least moderate left atrial dilation At least mildly dilated right atrium There is mild to moderate mitral annular calcification. There is mild mitral regurgitation. There is moderate tricuspid regurgitation. Mild calcific non-stenotic aortic valve thickeniing Left Ventricle The left ventricle is normal in size. There is borderline concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. LV ejection fraction estimated in 40% range. There is mild to moderate global hypokinesis of the left ventricle. Right Ventricle The right ventricle is normal in size and function. Atria At least moderate left atrial dilation. At least mildly dilated right atrium.
