As mentioned on your last visit things are looking old, hence have been removing/replacing dated "original to build" items - fans, bathroom lights, shower mixers, shower rods etc. As noted in the Project Report we continue to work with the interior; repairing & painting over the existing yellow with a soft linen white & white trim but as seen in the pictures the "original build installed carpets" are looking very shabby & worn. I would suggest that we either replace with new carpet or carry the tile that is in the living mom, kitchen & bathrooms, this option would pretty much guarantee there would be no further flooring replacement in the future.
