-4 : ATELIER 20 May 2014 RE: Epstein Residence and Apartments (NYC) — Interior Design Services Current program consists of interior design and furniture sourcing for 10 Studio/1 Bedroom apartments; re-envisioning of the Entry sequence into the Residence, including, Stair Hall and Dining Room inspired by Classical Russian, French and Chinese interiors or others styles agreed to with client; other areas of the residence to be refreshed, per future discussions with client. ACA Fee Summary 830,000 — June 2014, Mobilization $65,000/month — July 2014-December 2014 3 Person Dedicated Team, including myself and 2 designers, to Design, Source, Contract, Implement, Oversee Construction and Trades and to Install the above referenced projects In addition to this fee, certain Consultants may be required, such as Architects, Lighting, Low Voltage, Engineers, 3D Renderers etc, they would be mutually selected and fee quotations obtained upon request. Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the fee. Reimbursable expenses will include the costs of transportation, long distance communications, messengers, plotting and reproduction, photography, booklets, renderings, animations, finished models, mock ups, movers and installers. ACA bills monthly for professional services and for all reimbursable expenses at Direct Cost. For product purchasing, ACA will procure quotes at "trade" pricing for Direct Purchasing by client's appointed representative. ACA will work with such representative to procure all product necessary for the project. Due to the evolving nature of the project, should there be unforeseen conditions or a change in scope, we would reserve the right to adjust our fees.
