I am still creating punch list broken down by buildings and areas. I do have my work cut out and challenge accepted. Once list is created and you & Richard review we will do one area at a time as a team. Some items will be done at a later date. Team building will be a bigger challenge. BTW I love the irrigation at the gym - pix attached - its a first! All irrigation boxes and heads above the ground I will be sensitive to all..
