PICTURE TAKING RULES:
-Photos to be taken every Tuesday & Thursday
-Photos should be taken between 12pm-4pm
-Drive or walk on your own
-Photos should be sent on sight after every area is photographed
-Standard: Take photos of all or any on-going construction
-VIP/JE email request: Take photos of requested area's
-Take photos of anything that might be of interest to JE
-Send at least 10 or more photos taken from every angle
-DO NOT send duplicate photos
-No pictures from anyone but the requested photographer
-No people should be in the pictures if they are not working
