Om Your Refrigerated Air Experts Page No. 1 of 2 Page(s) PROPOSAL TO: BRICE GORDON ' D.VI 12 12 a1 8 .1(IIS NAMI:AA/CATION: Brice Cordon JOB JOB POONF:: Air Pro Inc. will provide labor and materials for the following work: Remove and dispose of the existing swamp cooler Cap and seal the existing swamp cooler supply duct with an insulated sheet metal cap Furnish and install one new Carrier 3 ton/16 SEER/single stage A/C split system with a new single stage/80% AFUE furnace, furnace model #58DLA090-114, coil model #CNPVP3617ALA, condenser model #24APB636A003 Fabricate and install a new sheet metal transition to tie into the existing supply air plenum Fabricate and install a new filter rack stand to set the new coil and furnace on and tie into the existing return air plenum Tie into the existing gas supply line with all new connections, including the addition of a sediment trap as required by code Tie into the existing electrical for the furnace with all new connections, including hardwiring the furnace to a switch as required by code Install a new digital programmable Carrier Edge thermostat Run all new double wall flue vent piping for the furnace and bring up to current code standards Set condenser on a new equipment pad on the south side of the house, ground level Run line-set (refrigeration piping) from the evaporator coil to the condenser through the exterior wall of the mechanical closet and exposed outside along the soffit Run a gravity condensate line to the outdoors through the exterior wall of the mechanical closet Complete system check and start-up, including derating the furnace for altitude and setting R410A refrigerant levels to the manufacturers specifications Permit fees and inspections Sub Total $9,483.38 Tax $746.82 Total $10,230.20 Notes: *Any/all high voltage electrical circuits for the new condensers are to be provided by others *Skytrac lift for removing the swamp cooler is to be provided by others *Condenser unit is to come equipped with a compressor sound blanket and condenser coil hail guards for unit protection EFTA01223582 We propose hereby to furnish material and labor-complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum Dollars $10,230.20 Payment to be made as follows: MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT REMAIN PROPERTY OF AIR PRO, INC. UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon ssritten orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry lire, tornado, and other necessary insurances.
