He introduced himself and stated he represented several victims of the Jeffrey Epstein case. Kuvin stated he wanted to speak to me regarding the upcoming deposition in the civil case against Jeffrey Epstein. Kuvin explained he already had deposed Former Chief Michael Reiter who deferred several questions regarding the investigation. Kuvin stated he would ask those questions at the deposition. Kuvin also updated me on one victim who had already settled out of court. He could not state specifics on either the victim or the settlement. Kuvin further explained that there is a Victim's Advocate Group that is keeping a watchful eye on this case and how the victims are being treated. Kuvin asked me if I was aware of the recent arrest of Epstein's former Butler, Alfredo Rodriguez. I advised that I was aware of the recent arrest. Kuvin stated he had already deposed Rodriguez or was about to depose Rodriguez. He inquired if I had any knowledge of the book Rodriguez had been caught trying to sell. I referred Kuvin to the Incident Report which covered the entire investigation. Kuvin flipped to the page which covered the interview with Mr. Rodriguez and reviewed the page. He asked if there was any evidence at the Palm Beach Police Department or was all the evidence turned over the Federal Bureau of Investigations. I advised all the evidence was turned over to the FBI some time ago. Kuvin inquired about the possibilities of surveillance cameras within the Epstein house. I referred him to the incident report which depicted the entire investigation. Kuvin scanned copies of the property receipts which he had received from our Records Unit. Kuvin stated he did not see any cameras collected at the scene. He further stated he was interested in any videos collected in the scene. I stated if there were any videos they would be in the FBI evidence locker. I also stated to him that the report had a section regarding videos that were viewed. At approximately 2:50 p.m., the meeting was concluded.
