Deutsche Bank Wealth Management Background / Discussion Points Meeting Purpose • Elysium is relatively new family office and the focus has been organizing Mr. Black's RE, art, and other holdings. Mr. Black has been working over the last two years to properly structure the office and establish a wealth planning structure before turning the focus of the office towards becoming in investment-focused organization. DB wants to become an early partner and a major provider of investment advice as they grow. • Elysium was initially covered by another banker, Paul Morris, who is no longer with DB.
