This will be a shared mailbox that will receive the form submissions as well as the aggregated data in a spreadsheet for ease of management. If we create a public in it will be something that any FBI folks can monitor and respond to - Max 20 characters, generally something the public will recognize (ex. [email protected]) - List of folks that need access 2) Seeking Victims Page - need a short background of the case, then what is needed from the public. Why should they care, how would they know they are victimized.. Can include press releases, victim resources (VS's can advise), email address and questionnaire 3) Questionnaire - list of questions, short and sweet. We encourage Yes/No and select from the following types of questions. The less reading you have to do the better and this does not replace an interview, just allows agents tongather basic info to assess and prioritize interviews. We automatically collect names, phone, email etc. If you must have open ended questions to support the case be strategic. This will also allow you to filter and prioritize victims of needed.
