I know that's probably obvious but I'd rather overstate the obvious on this one. They are referred to as Victim 1, 2 and 3 in the indictment. I just wanted you all to know who the 3 victims are in this case you work with one of them. A true bill came back in NYC on Monday, June 29 on the following charges: • Enticement of a Minor • Conspiracy to Entice • Transportation of Minor for the Purpose of Criminal Sexual Activity • Conspiracy to Transport • Perjury (2 counts) A number of you may have worked with victims in the original charges against Jeffrey Epstein. This news is going to understandably bring a number of emotions and feelings to the surface for these victims. USAO at SDNY may be notifying the original victims in the Epstein case as a courtesy; however, the only individuals being identified as victims in this indictment are the following: • • • You may receive phone calls from victims you have worked with - if you have questions, please direct them to VS Angela Jackson as she is the lead VS on this case. The VWC at USAO/SDNY is Wendy Olsen and Angela will be closely coordinating with her. I will update later with a link to any press release made by FBI NY or SDNY.
