I und=rstand that Myla is expected to require 1 months rest period to recover pos= operatively. I therefore await further updates on Myla's recovery f=rm CEGA in due course. </=> In the meantime, I would b= most grateful if you could please arrange for the Insured to complete and r=turn the attached Sturge medical claim form in due course, along with any additional supporting information / documenta=ion that the Insured may have and including any medical expenses incurred. As I mentioned in my email=of 29th April 2016, the Insured are entitled to claim Temporary T=tal Disablement benefit (T.T.D or salary benefit) in respect of the tie that Myla is medically certified as un=it to work, subject to receipt of supporting medical certification from a têting doctor confirming the period of disablement in question and less the=policy excess of the first 7 days of disablement.
