Sent Wednesday, September 4, 2013 5:06:00 PM Subject: Chris Sheehan - September 4, 2013 From: Daphne Wallace To: Jeffrey Epstein [email protected]> Cc: Rich Kahn Greetings Mr. Epstein, I called Chris and told him that I received a "strange" phone call from Sharon Hupprich yesterday and this morning regarding him breaking his lease and leaving at the end of the month. He said that was correct. I asked him what was going on and if he was leaving us. He said he is leaving the present rental because he cannot afford it. Mary will probably return to Florida at some point. He will stick it out and see how it goes with the new guy. He said his realtor advised him NOT to speak to Sharon Hupprich. You paid on Chris' behalf, First month's rent pro-rated 4/22/13-5/31/13 $ 3,673.34 Last Month's rent 2,900.00 Security/Damage Deposit 2.900.00 $ 9,473.34 I just received a third phone call from Sharon informing us that we will not get any money back. It has been "liquidated". Respectfully, Daphne EFTA_R1_00057290 EFTA01756106
